“The best thing about a picture is that it never changes, even when the people in it do.”

-Andy Warhol

Born and raised on Long Island, some of my earliest memories include rummaging through boxes upon boxes of photographs at my grandparents’ house, asking them to tell me the stories behind the images. The memories and feelings that photographs elicit transcend time and generations.

My passion for capturing life’s moments- big and small- was ignited then, and has only grown since. From photography camp and developing my own photos in a dark room, to earning my Master’s degree at NYU in Documentary Journalism, I’ve always been devoted to photography and filmmaking. I traveled the country and beyond while filming documentaries independently and with CNN before starting my own filmmaking business in 2016. And I could not be any happier to be here now!

Some fun facts about me…

-I am a mom to two wonderful children, Maxwell and Morgan.

-Both of my children were born in Los Angeles- we lived there for five years before making the big move back to the east coast and settling in New Canaan, Connecticut.

-We have two senior dogs, Maddie and Ellie, and love fostering dogs for Paws4Survival.

-Speaking of Paws4Survival, I’ve traveled to Puerto Rico with this amazing organization to not only rescue dogs and cats from the streets, but to also photograph and film. I’ve produced short documentaries on their rescue efforts and have been featured on The Dodo.

-My master’s thesis at NYU was a documentary exploring canine PTSD in Military Working Dogs coming back from war in Iraq and Afghanistan. I gained incredible access to military working dog teams at bases across the country. To this day, I am most proud of this work.

-I was a D1 track/cross country runner and captain at Colgate University (Go ‘Gate!)

-I met my husband, Harrison, at Colgate 18 years ago! We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary this past August.

-I’ve filmed over 100 weddings! I love weddings.

-I also love my espresso in the morning. Two shots, always.

…There’s a lot more I could write, but I’ll save the rest for when we meet!
